You’ll experience a live simulation of your patterns that play out in groups of women and how those cost you the friendships you want

You’ll get a place to direct and dialogue on what comes up for you in a space of women and get coaching around these things
You’ll be led through sisterhood connection practices to establish new layers of vulnerability in your relating with other women
You’ll learn a new vocabulary of how to have truth-telling conversations with vulnerable language that allow you to be really seen and see others.
