How I Embrace Fear

There is no such thing as fearless. If you dont have any fears, you aren’t playing big enough. Fear is evidence that you’re alive and that you’re moving in the direction of your dreams. If you have consistent fear in your life, that means you are truly living. I embrace my fears every morning when I wake up. I welcome them to the table. This looks like writing lists of gratitudes, fears, and future celebrations as if what I’m fearing has already happened and I survived. Just 10 mins a day of seeing all my fears on paper like this loosens the grip they have over my day and really grounds me. I invite you to try and let me know how it goes.
